Ashima's double dyed fabric scores in EU

The double dyed fabric introduced by Ashima is in high demand in the European market, says Abhijit Gohil, Vice President operation, Ashima Limited.

He elaborates that the denim is dyed in different colors, and when the fabric begins to fade, its color changes.

The fabric would have blue color initially, after fading, brown cast, green cast or grey cast color would be visible, said Gohil.

Ashima Group produces around 10 million meter annually, of which 40 percent is exported.

The Group is having discussions with certain international denim brands, who prefer garment in place of fabric.

International brands find readymade garments convenient instead of purchasing a fabric and stitching it, said Gohil.
