Target is looking for team members who can deliver excellent service to guests and help make their experience in our stores positive and welcoming. Company is looking to fill a variety of hourly positions in store locations, such as sales floor team members, cashiers and backroom staff. In distribution centers, Target is hiring warehouse workers.
In addition to hiring seasonal team members, Target stores look for opportunities for current team members to take on additional hours or cross-train to work in other areas.
Target has been hiring throughout the year, and account for retention of current team members when hiring during the holiday season. Last year, approximately 30 percent of our seasonal team members stayed with Target for year-round positions.
