Gerald Benstock, Chairman of the Board of Superior Uniform Group Inc, manufacturer of uniforms, career apparel and accessories, has announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.135 per share, payable February 27, 2006 to shareholders of record February 14, 2006.
