Descamps to sell Tommy Hilfiger home textiles line

American brand Tommy Hilfiger has entered into a licensing agreement with French firm Descamps delegating the later to expand, manufacture and sell its home textiles collection in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
 
The line, comprising products ranging from towels, beddings, duvets to bed throws and decorative cushions, would be made available in home decor outlets, departmental stores and on some e-commerce sites from spring 2014 onwards.
 
Tommy Hilfiger has continued to witness growth in the European region and the agreement with Descamps would help it achieve a foothold in the European home textiles market.
 
In addition to its recent association with Tommy Hilfiger, Descamps is already into a licensing deal with DODO, a producer of quilt and pillows.
