Alstyle Apparel makes management changes in Mexican sewing facility

Alstyle Apparel, a subsidiary of Ennis Inc (formerly Ennis Business Forms Inc), a manufacturer of business forms, apparel and other business products headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, announced that the general manager of its Hermosillo, Mexico sewing and cutting facility has been recently relieved of his duties for insubordination.

The Hermosillo facility is currently being managed by the former manager of Alstyle's Ensenada facility, Sotero Diaz. He had recently retired from Alstyle after having spent 15 years managing the Ensenada cutting and sewing facility for Alstyle. While Alstyle seeks to engage a permanent manager for this facility, Diaz will continue to operate this facility and maintain the quality and delivery standards that customers have come to expect from Alstyle.

Given Alstyle's current level of finished goods, and current production outlets, the company does not believe that this management change will have a material impact on Alstyle's production capabilities or resulting sales or profits.

Ennis Inc (formerly Ennis Business Forms Inc) is primarily engaged in the production of and sale of business forms, apparel and other business products. It is one of the largest private-label printed business product suppliers in the United States.

Headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, the company has production and distribution facilities strategically located throughout the United States of America, Mexico and Canada, to serve the company's national network of distributors.
