The Vardhman group has decided to raise its investment budget to establish the two textile plants in Madhya Pradesh.
Company is plans to set up one unit at Satlapur and the other in Budni, within next two years.
Investment for both units together has risen from Rs1100 crore earlier, to Rs1400 crore and is expected to employ over 2000 workers at each unit.
About Rs600 crore will be invested in the Satlapur unit and almost Rs800 crore is allocated to the Budni plant.
Vardhman Group already has a 100 percent export orient unit in Mandideep Anant Spinning Mills, which has been set up with an investment of Rs 200 crore.
Firm is also planning to invest at least Rs500 crore in knitted fabric segment in either Satlapur or Budni.
