Quaker Fabric makes management changes

Upholstery fabric manufacturer Quaker Fabric Corporation has announced that the company's employment relationships with Mark Hellwig, Quaker's Vice President-Supply Chain Management, and Norman Sturdevant, Quaker's Vice President-Chief Information Officer, were terminated.

James Dulude, the company's Vice President-Manufacturing, and Duncan Whitehead, the company's Vice President-Research and Development, have assumed Hellwig's former responsibilities.

Paul Kelly, Quaker's Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has assumed Sturdevant's former responsibilities.

Quaker officials noted that earlier the company had made a Form 8-K filing with respect to this change with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Quaker Fabric Corporation is a leading manufacturer of woven upholstery fabrics for furniture markets in the United States and abroad, and the largest producer of Jacquard upholstery fabric in the world.
