At HCMC stock exchange center, on March 24, Thanh Cong Textile & Garment Company sold out 4.9 million shares as per its plans.
HCMC based company has the average price per share sold at VND 10,193 ($ 0.64), with the highest price at VND 17,700 (about $ 1.11), while its original share price stood at VND10,050 per share ($ 0.63).
At the close of the sale, totally orders 5.3 million shares were ordered, of which 1.5 million shares were subscribed by organizations and the rest by the private investors.
Selling shares brings the company net worth to nearly VND 50 billion ($ 3.15 million). Thanh Cong Textile & Garment Company was formed in 1993 (formerly known as Tai Thanh Textile Factory) – under Vinatex- is located at Tan Binh industrial zone – HCMC.
The company manufactures and trades in cotton, fibre, fabric, apparel, footwear, apparel machines and spare – parts, materials etc.
