Family Dollar appoints Thomas Nash as SVP-New Stores

Retailer Family Dollar Stores Inc announced that it has named Thomas M. Nash as Senior Vice President-New Stores with principal responsibility for market development and new store site selection and development. Nash will report to Dorlisa K. Flur, Senior Vice President - Strategy and Business Development.
Nash's extensive real estate development experience includes nine years with Eckerd Corporation where his last position was Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Development. Most recently, Mr. Nash served as Vice President of Development for Unicorp National Developments, Inc., a retail and mixed-use real estate developer in Florida. Mr. Nash earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
