Clothing maker Haggar Clothing Co has made an appointment of David Yarbrough to the position of President of Menswear Sales, effective immediately.
Yarbrough will be responsible for sales of all brands in the Haggar portfolio, including Haggar, Kenneth Cole Reaction, Kenneth Cole Unlisted, Claiborne, and the company's private brands. He will report to Jim Lewis, Haggar President and CEO.
Prior to joining Haggar, Yarbrough was Ex-VP of Perry Ellis International, where he was responsible for operations, sales, merchandising, and sourcing for Tropical Sportswear. He also oversaw the acquisition, transition and merger of Tropical Sportswear into Perry Ellis International.
Previous to Perry Ellis, Yarbrough was Senior VP of the Private Brand division at Haggar, where he had contributed to substantial growth in the company's private brand business. He also served as President of Sales, B.U.M. Equipment U.S.A.
