Futura Polyesters finalize Innovassynth merger

Futura Polyesters Ltd announced its official agreement to carry out the merger with Innovassynth Technologies.
Company sources reported that the conditions for the merger have been finalized.
Futura owns almost 230 lakh equity shares of Rs10 each in Innovassynth and under the proposed scheme it would offer total equity shares at same rate.
Innovassynth trades in the business of custom synthesis, contract chemicals, contract R&D and specialty chemicals.
Company share closed at Rs18.75, a 4.75 percent rise at the BSE, today.
