However, the underlying price can be floating or fixed - depending on your preference. Our current trial involves 1/3 fixed price, 1/3 minimum price and 1/3 floating and this can be changed in accordance with changing market conditions. Since the wool is sold direct to a buyer preparation at shearing time will be tailored to the buyer's requirements - giving potential cost savings and valuable feedback.
