Wellman polyester staple fiber prices up 3 cents/lb

New Jersey based textile polymer products, textile fiber, staple, polyester and resins for packaging maker company Wellman Inc announced that, effective with June 4, 2006 shipments, it will increase the price of all polyester staple fiber by 3 cents/lb.
This increase is made necessary by the resurgence in petrochemical-based raw material costs.
