Yarn Syndicate Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2006.
The pupose of the meeting was to appoint Rishiraj Patodia as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from May 02, 2006, pursuant to Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Article 93 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
