Sears Holdings Corporation announced the company currently plans to release financial results for its fiscal 2006 first quarter on May 18th 2006 before the market opens.
In addition, the company expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for its fiscal 2006 first quarter on or before June 8.
