Ironclad Performance Wear Corporation announced that Tom Walsh has joined Ironclad May 1 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Kent Pachl has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
"Tom Walsh has over 23 years of senior executive experience, including public and private financing, investor relations, strategic planning, international business, mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and general management. We are very pleased to have a seasoned executive with Tom's background join Ironclad," said Ed Jaeger, President and CEO of Ironclad.
Prior to joining Ironclad, Walsh served as Senior VP and CFO of Global Brand Marketing Inc, an international footwear and apparel wholesaler. Previously, he served as Group Senior VP of the Broan-NuTone Group of companies, an international manufacturer of residential building products.
Prior to Broan-NuTone, he served as CFO of The Thermos Group of Companies, an international consumer products company, and President of the North American Division and CFO of Tokheim Corporation, an NYSE listed international manufacturer of fluid and gas dispensing equipment.
