Retail grocery chain Kroger Co has announced it will webcast the annual meeting of shareholders beginning at 11 am (EDT) on Thursday, June 22nd 2006.
The meeting will be broadcast live over the Internet at http://www.thekrogerco.com/finance/financialinfo_investorconferencecalls.htm.
Click on 'Webcast Events' to access the event. An on-demand replay of the webcast will be available through June 30th 2006.
