Leading supplier of products and services for the textile industry DyStar recently signed an agreement to acquire the business activities of the Boehme Group.
The legal change of ownership (closing) will take place in about six to eight weeks, as soon as all contractual conditions have been fulfilled. Financial details of the deal will not be disclosed.
Boehme, a company with a long tradition is focused on the manufacture of auxiliaries for the textile and leather industries. It is headquartered in Geretsried near Munich, Germany, and has more than 700 employees worldwide.
The acquisition includes all 16 affiliates and 11 production sites in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Ecuador, Israel, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand and the USA.

German company DyStar, Boehme is a major supplier to the textile and leather industries. Its textile products cover pretreatment, dyeing, laundry, finishing and coating textile processes. Its offering for the leather industry includes pretreatment agents as well as products for tanning, dyeing and finishing.
