Spentex has taken over Amit Spinning and acquired assets of the textile unit of Tai group based in Ahmedabad for Rs28.61 crores and this will add to its revenue growth.
Due to the merger of Indo Rama Textiles and Amit Spinning, substantial profits are forthcoming and will be reflected in its FY07's profit & loss account.
Thus Spentex Industries is likely to report an EPS of Rs6.8 and Rs8.6 for FY 2008.
