Leading designer, marketer and distributor of nationally branded consumer products for the home Lifetime Brands announced it has signed an agreement with PEDRINI PPL SPA for the exclusive rights to manufacture, market and distribute Pedrini(R) branded housewares products in the United States.

Mr. Siegel continued, "Pedrini has great consumer recognition as a better, upscale brand, but has not yet reached its true potential in the United States. Future plans also include expanding the Pedrini brand to additional housewares product categories."
