Leading designs, manufactures and sells interior furnishings products Decorator Industries Inc reported that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents per share. The dividend will be payable March 15, 2006 to stockholders of record on March 6, 2006.
Decorator Industries, founded in 1953 designs, manufactures and sells interior furnishings products, principally draperies, curtains, shades, blinds, valance boards, bedspreads, comforters, pillows, cushions and trailer tents. Decorator is a leading supplier to the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle markets and is a growing supplier to the hospitality market.
