Zahariev's Intertrust Company acquired 80 percent of the Zastava-Kovacnica plant in Kragujevac, Serbia for 2 million euro in October 2005.
Zastava Kovacnica manufactures of forged products for the auto and defense industries for German and the US as well as for the truck, bus and tractor industries has an inheritance debts of 6-7 million euro.
Intertrust plans to invest 3 mln euro in Zastava-Kovacnica over the next 3 years.
