Textile and soda ash major, GHCL has appointed Edelweiss Capital to assess various models restructuring core business of home textile and soda ash.
Company has appointed Edelweiss Capital to increase shareholder value, strong growth plan and development opportunities.
As part of its expansion plan
GHCL
had acquired home textile retail chains in the US and UK and soda ash plant in Romania.
