Vietnam textile and apparel group (Vinatex) is planning to dilute its share of VND111 billion from 22 enterprises under it.
This plan is shaped in a program on restructuring enterprises of Vinatex and submitted to Ministry of Industry for approval.
Enterprises of which shares to be diluted are specialized in apparel, knitting, woolen and textile machinery, and most of them are from Northern Vietnam.
