Textisol, a medium sized company specializing in nonwovens located in a major Spanish textile area, Cocentaina, between Valencia and Alicante, was founded in 1972.

Owned and managed by the Savall family this leader for the hygiene market and wipes, employs 40 dedicated, young and hard-working people.

They achieved a turnover of 18 million Euros in 2004 thanks to their customer-oriented strategy and three production lines: two needlepunching and one spunlacing.

Founder's son and CEO, Antonio Savall, now in his late thirties, has a very clear strategy which can be summarized in a few words only: a multi wipes products, multi customers, competitive and flexible approaches thanks to state-of-the art machinery run by very motivated employees.

“The team, the products, the plant are much more important than me,” states Antonio Savall. He likes to call on his customers to learn more about their projects and their specifications in order to be able to offer them the products that their particular markets need. Direct contact and technical understanding are Antonio Savall's priorities with his customers.

“I am happy: we have achieved some of our goals. We do not depend on just a very few customers. We can produce a large range of products, different in weights and composition. The reliability and the quality of our products are well-known. We do not compete on prices only. We have found the right balance between flexibility and productivity, and therefore achieved sufficient margins to prepare the company for the future” adds the energetic CEO.
