Sabanci Holding sells its shares to La Seda Barcelona

Sabanci Holding has sold its shares in Netherlands based Advansa B V, a major thread and fiber producer in Europe, to Spanish company La Seda Barcelona at 320 million euros.
Haci Omer Sabanci Holding stated that shares of Artensa Co (Turkey), Advansa UK Ltd (UK) and Advansa Romania SRL (Romania) in Advansa B V, have been sold to the Spanish company.
After competition boards of Turkey and Spain agreed on the transaction, sale of technology and licenses held by these companies was confirmed.
