Interface Inc, a worldwide floorcoverings and fabrics company, announced that it plans to sell 5,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock in an underwritten public offering.
The company also plans to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
All of the shares will be offered by the company and will be issued under the company's currently effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay some of its outstanding debt and may use a portion of such proceeds for general corporate purposes.
