The share subscription period with option rights of stock option program I a, b and c (2001) commenced on May 1, 2002 and ends on April 30, 2007.
The share subscription period with option rights of stock option program II b and c (2001) starts on January 1, 2007 and ends on April 30, 2007.
The share capital of the company can increase by a maximum of EUR 1,618,306.50 and the number of shares by 1,078,871 new shares to a total of 46,670,608 shares as a result of share subscriptions made with the option rights.
