Mohawk inks deal with KTR Capital for distribution facility

Calhoun, Georgia-based carpet maker Mohawk Industries Inc has inked an agreement with New York KTR Capital Partners for a distribution facility which will occupy 2,60,000 square feet area. This facility is part of KTR's new 31 acres Seneca North Project.
Stephen J Butte, Senior Vice President, KTR, informed that Seneca will account for about 5,40,000 square feet area after two buildings have been constructed.
