Global textile solutions provider International Textile Group (ITG) plans to purchase assets from Parat RO SRL in Sighisoara, Romania.
ITG's Romanian subsidiary, Automotive Safety Components International RO SRL would buy out Parat RO SRL's manufacturing assets in Romania for about $7.2 million.
ITG wants to purchase manufacturing plant, inventory and other goods from the company.
The purchase is planned to be closed on the first of January 2007.
