Kerala's Minister for Co-operation, Coir and Devaswom, G Sudhakaran, has launched geo-textile product made of golden yarn of the state-coir, which is biodegradable and helps in saving water, in Dubai.
The textile is created by Coirfed, Kerala Government owned company, will save a large amount of water in the dry climate of Gulf.
Previously, Sudhakaran during an industry exhibition in Dubai has unveiled a coir product, which absorbs water and sunlight to provide perfect climate for plant's growth and is 100 percent eco friendly.
