Sangam India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2007, inter-alia, to consider the following:
• Consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
• Recommendation of Dividend for the financial year 2006-2007, if any.
Sangam (India) is one of the largest manufacturers of polyester dyed yarn in the country. At present, Sangam India has 64,032 spindles of polyester-viscose dyed yarn installed in Bhilwara along with 127 weaving machines and a 10 MW thermal power plant. The company also has strong presence in the Indian synthetic blended fabric segment with brands like Anmol and Sangam.
