The board of directors of Ashland Inc declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of 27.5 cents per share on the company's common stock, equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.10 per share.
This dividend will be payable on June 15, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2007. As of April 30, 2007, there were 62,788,122 shares outstanding.
