Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (CoD) (Postal Ballots-372A) at its meeting held on May, 28, 2007, has resolved to conduct the Postal Ballot exercise for passing the resolution for increasing the limits under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 for Inter Corporate Investments / Loans / Guarantees.
