Vardhman Textiles Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:
The Board of Directors in its meeting held on March 10, 2007, declared interim dividend of 40% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
The Board of Directors has not recommended any further dividend, the interim dividend be treated as final dividend.
