Textile design company, POD limited has accepted the offer of acquiring the Designer Textiles International (DTI) business unit from The Marino Company.
The Marino proposal came on the same day when Lane Walker Rudkin manufacturing (LKW) sent a formal takeover notice to POD.
According to POD Chairman George Gould, the company would gain around $8 million from this sale which in turn would help the company to clear its debt and further it can concentrate on expanding two remaining businesses.
