Supreme Yarns Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following matters : 1. Final Dividend of 10% was declared for the year 2006-07.
2. 38,70,000 equity shares were allotted on Preferential basis.
3. Further issue of equity shares on preferential basis was approved.
4. Change in the name of the Company was approved to Supreme Tex Mart Ltd.
