KSL & Industries announces results of Board meeting

KSL & Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, has considered and approved the following:
1. Change of name of the Company from "KSL Realty & Infrastructure Ltd" to "KSL & Industries Ltd".
2. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on July 24, 2007.
KSL was established in 1975 as a small knitting unit, and has now became an integrated textile company involved in spinning of yarn, knitting of fabrics, processing of knitted fabrics, and making finished garments.
