The Board of Directors of UniFirst Corporation declared regular quarterly cash dividends of $0.0375 per share (3.75 cents) on the Company's Common Stock and $0.03 per share (3.0 cents) on the Company's Class B Common Stock.
Both dividends are payable on October 3, 2007, to shareholders of record on September 12, 2007.
UniFirst is one of the largest providers of workplace uniforms, protective clothing and facility services products in North America.
The Company employs approximately 9,800 team partners who serve over 200,000 customer locations in 46 states, Canada and Europe from 189 manufacturing, distribution and customer service facilities.
