Loyal Textile Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has considered the resignation letter submitted by M S Ram, Director of the Company.
The Board accepted the resignation of M S Ram from the Board with effect from July 01, 2007 after making note of the Contribution made by him during his tenure as Director.
Over 70 years old, LOYAL GROUP comprises two composite mills, a spinning mill, a dye house, three garment manufacturing units, a trading cum retailing company, and an international trading company.
