Performance Fibers buys out Diolen's North American Business

Netherlands based multi-national company Diolen Industrial Fibers is a leading manufacturer of high-tenacity polyester yarns for a wide variety of technical applications and tire reinforcement, marketed under the brand name Diolen. The European production facilities are located in Emmen (The Netherlands) and Obernburg (Germany).

Virginia based World's leading company Performance Fibers is suppliers of high-tenacity polyester and a global manufacturer of other man-made industrial fibers and fabrics. With manufacturing facilitiesin North America, Asia and Europe, its products are used in a wide range of consumer and industrial applications. Formed in December 2004, the business was formerly part of Honeywell International.
