Shivalik Global Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following: 1. Discuss and approve the Annual Accounts, Auditor's Report & Director's Report on the accounts for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2007.
2. Finalize and approve the date of forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
3. Approve the appointment of Mr. Vishal Aggarwal as Joint Managing Director of the Company subject to approval of shareholders.
