Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.
The Winsome Group put down its roots with a trading company in Calcutta in 1952.
With an eye on increasing business opportunities being offered by the textile industry, Winsome established a spinning unit at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh in 1980.
