Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.
The mill is producing a wide range of yarn in Cotton, Polyester, Viscose and PV blends in the count range of Ne 20 - Ne 40 which are auto levelled and auto coned. The mill also produces a good quality of TFO yarn in cotton which is being exported.
