Bijlee Textiles Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, has proposed dividend on equity shares @ 10.00% on its 5,00,000 equity shares.
The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2007 to September 25, 2007 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 25, 2007 & also for the purpose of payment of dividend.
