Fashion brand Provogue (India) Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2007.
The above un-audited results as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee in its meeting were taken on record and approved at the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 31, 2007.

Recently, the Company acquired from Acme Global the entire business of export of textile; textile machinery and textile related chemicals and operates these businesses as its division under the name Acme Global.
