Yarn manufacturer R. M. Mohite Textiles Ltd (RMMTL), announced its audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March, 2007.
The above financial results and consolidated financial results, have been audited by the statuary auditors and the same were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and are also approved by Board of Directors in the meeting held 29th June, 2007.

R. M. Mohite Textiles Ltd is a Spinning Unit manufacturing and exporting 100% cotton yarn of the count range between 20s and 100s.
Initially it's started with installation 14112 spindles in 1995. We went in for expansion by setting additional 12896 spindles, with the required back process machinery, making total installed capacity of 35216 spindles in the month of Oct. 1998.
