Cotton yarn manufacturer Technocraft Industries (India) Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the three months ended 31st March, 2007.
The above financial results were taken on the record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 20.04.2007. The Company plans to acquire Rubber manufacturing Company.
