Supreme Yarns Ltd has informed that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2007, inter alia, have decided the following: 1. Audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 along with Directors Report and Auditors' Report were adopted.
2. Sh. S K Ahuja, Sh. Ajay Mahajan and Sh. B B Goel - retiring Directors were re-appointment.
3. M/s. S C Vasudeva & Co. was reappointed as statutory auditors for the year 2007-08.
4. Dividend of 10% was declared for the year 2006-07.
5. Mr. S K Duggal and Mr. Marcel Menda - additional directors, were appointed as Director of the Company.
6. The Change in the name of Company was approved to "Supreme Tex Mart Ltd".
