Volant Textile Mills Ltd has informed that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following: 1. Considered, adopted and approved the Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007, Reports of the Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. R J Lade, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.
3. Re-appointed M/s. Yadav, Pujara & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, who is being eligible, offer themselves for re-appointment, to hold the office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
4. Delisting the Company from Jaipur and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges, by passing special resolution as covered in the notice. In this regard the Board of Directors are hereby authorized to take all appropriate action in this respect.
5. Payment of Remuneration to the Managing Director of the Company by passing the following resolution as covered in the notice. In this regard the Board of Directors are hereby authorized to take appropriate action.
